I hereby present myself for water baptism according to the commandment of our Lord Jesus Christ. 

If you plan on getting baptized, please fill out the form below. Join us on Sunday, May 4th at 9:00 am in the conference room for the baptism class. The baptism service will be at 10 A.M. Please wear dark colors and remember to bring a change of clothes and a towel.
